Brian and Chris gave us a cookbook for Christmas named Cooking Light. We take the hint guys....This is the first of many (hopefully) recipes. This is a turkey burger with avocado, havarti and tomato with a spinach salad. It actually tasted really yummy. Thanks, guys.
