My bass and some tools of the trade.

My father had a friend who played professionally for many years and was debilitated by a stroke.  He needed to sell his upright bass. I had sold my upright after college and always regretted my rash decision to sell, so I jumped at the offer.  Sal Giardina took this beauty into his care and lovingly repaired a split down the front, and rejoined the neck, as well as set up the bass.  Thank you Peter Jay for allowing your lovely instrument to join me.
I have been collecting microphones to use at my job (hobby, passion, life) for several years now.  I have a small collection, but it will be a lifelong process.
