Sparkie Bailly breathed her last breath on August 18, 2006 at the Claiborne Hill Veterinarian's office. She had a long and illustrious life, filled with lots of barking, eating people food, rooting through trash, sleeping, getting into plenty of trouble, and having many adventures. She was found in West Monroe, LA. and made her way to New Orleans, living the good life, a true rags to riches story. She will be missed. Her survivors include, Peggy Hopkins, grandmother, Beth Bailly Bloch, mother, Sarah Bailly, Auntie, and Chris Bloch, dad.
